Welcome to Divulge, operated by Cocosuga, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including all content, materials, and purchases made through thedivulgedeck.com (the “Site”).

By visiting our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase from Divulge.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use Divulge due to the mature nature of the products.
By using our Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Our Products

Divulge is a self-guided educational experience created to promote reflection, communication, and emotional awareness.
It is not therapy, not counseling, and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological services.

Our products — including Divulge: Bloodlines and Divulge: Union — are guided ritual decks designed to facilitate honest conversation among families, partners, and close groups.
Participation should always take place in safe, respectful environments.

If you are in distress, unsafe circumstances, or experiencing a mental health crisis, stop immediately and contact emergency services or a licensed professional.
In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Payment is required at checkout and processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as GoDaddy Payments, PayPal, or Shopify Payments.
We do not store or access your full credit card information.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
   
• You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and shipping fees.
   
• You understand that orders are subject to availability and may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.
   

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
   
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
   
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
   

Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

To maintain the integrity of our product and protect customer privacy, we accept returns only under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns:

• Unopened decks may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
   
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
   

Not Eligible:

• Opened or used decks
   
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
   
• Delayed, lost, or stolen packages confirmed as delivered
   
• Digital products or downloads
   

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.

6. License and Intellectual Property

All materials on this site and within Divulge products — including decks, guidebooks, content, logos, imagery, and designs — are the exclusive property of Cocosuga, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Divulge products for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify any Divulge materials without written consent.

7. Disclaimers

By purchasing or using Divulge products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Divulge is an educational experience, not therapy or treatment.
   
• Some prompts or exercises may evoke strong emotions or discomfort.
   
• You are solely responsible for your participation and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after use.
   

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, reconciliation, or healing results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocosuga, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any emotional, physical, or relational outcomes resulting from product use
   
• Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of content
   
• Any damages exceeding the original purchase price
   

Your participation in Divulge is voluntary, and by purchasing or using the product, you agree to these limitations.
